Production / Shipping / Delivery Times
All our products at The NP Studio (except those stated otherwise) are made-to-order and can take between 1-3 weeks for production and shipping. This way we keep our production locally, have better control over quality and minimize our waste and carbon footprint.
Once an order is shipped, delivery time depends on shipping method and destination.
Usually, express shipping takes 1-4 business days, while standard shipping takes 2-15 business days. We do everything we can to minimize delivery times, however please note that those might occasionally be subject to external factors, such as pandemic measurements.

We ship to the following countries:
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece Hungary, India, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, USA.

How Much Will I Pay For Shipping?
We offer free standard shipping (trackable) on all European & UK orders over €50 and on all Limited Edition Collection orders worldwide.
In all other cases, shipping is calculated at checkout, depending on the destination and order's details.
Do I Have To Pay Sales Tax (VAT)?
If you are in the EU, sales tax will be added at checkout. If you are outside the EU you will not be charged for sales tax.
What Packaging Do You Use?
We ship all orders in recycled, recyclable or biodegradable packaging.
What's Your Return Policy?
If for any reason you are unhappy with your product(s) you may return your item(s) for a shop credit within 14 days of receiving your package. To request a return, please email and we'll get back to you shortly.
Shop credit can be issued upon receiving the item and ensuring that it is unworn & in a resalable condition.
Shipping costs cannot be covered at this time.
Shop credit lasts for 2 years.
Please ensure returned garments are unworn and in good condition, or additional charges may apply.
If you would like to exchange an item, you will be able to place a new order for a replacement upon receiving your store credit, and your replacement will be produced within the regular 1-3 week production lead time.
We do our best to eliminate unnecessary waste, so please take extra care of your package, and send any item(s) back in their original packaging.

What's Your Cancellation Policy?
A) Early cancellations:
You can cancel your order(s) for a full cash refund within 24 hours, by emailing us at email@example.com. Since each garment at The NP Studio is made-to-order, we are unable to accept cancellations for cash refunds beyond this 24-hour time frame.
B) Late cancellations:
If you want to cancel your order beyond the 24-hour time frame, please email us at ASAP & we will issue a shop credit for you. Shop credits are issued immediately if the order hasn't left the studio. If the order has already been shipped, please proceed according to our return policy above.
If you’d like to make a change to your order details (ex. size, quantity), we are happy to help as long as your order hasn’t been sent to production. Remember, it can take an additional 1-3 weeks to complete your updated order.

The address can only be changed as long as the package has not left the studio. Unfortunately, we are unable to reroute packages that have already been shipped.
Can I Track My Order?
All orders ship with tracking information which can be used to keep tabs on your package.
What Happens If My Package Gets Lost Or Damaged In Transit?
The NP Studio is not responsible for packages that are damaged or lost in transit. Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages. If you are unable to track your package, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll help.
In some cases, we might be able to add shipping insurance at an additional cost. If you would like to add shipping insurance, please email us at email@example.com before placing your order.
Will I Have To Pay For Customs/Import Fees?
If you are outside Europe, please note that custom and import fees may apply. Customs and import duties are levied by the receiving country and are therefore the buyer's responsibility.
