You can return your order for a shop credit within 14 days from the delivery date. 


As all our items at The NP Studio are made-to-order, we only accept cancellations for cash refunds within 24 hours from when your order was placed. If your refund is approved, the amount will be issued by us back to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note, your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.

Please note:

  • Shop credit can be issued upon receiving the item and ensuring that it is unused, unwashed, in a perfect condition and in the original packaging.

  • Make sure to return your item in such a way that the original packaging remains undamaged.

  • Do not put the original invoice in the package.

  • Your package will not contain return slips. All return shipping costs are the client’s responsibility. For added security, please ensure that when returning a package you choose a trackable shipping method.

  • Shop credits expire in 2 years after their issue date.

  • Shop credits can be issued immediately if the order hasn't left the studio.

  • You will be able to place a new order for a replacement upon receiving your shop credit, and your replacement will be produced within the regular 1-3 week production lead time.


Once your return is safely received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your return (subject to our return policy). If your return is approved, we will issue a shop credit for you, and let you know by email to the email address provided at the initial checkout. You can use the shop credit to purchase any item from our website within 2 years from when it was issued. 


If you’d like to change your order (size, quantity, etc), we are happy to help as long as your order hasn’t been sent to production. Please email us ASAP at Remember, it can take an additional 1-3 weeks to complete your updated order.


Shipping cost in returns:

Unless the mistake is on our side, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the initial and the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The NP Studio reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our return policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.
