We are committed to developing our operation in the most sustainable way possible, for all: our planet, customers and the brand. Therefore, we have created a hybrid production model: made-to-order and made-on-demand.


Core Collections (made-to-order):

All items in our core collections are made-to-order and take between 1-3 weeks for production. We only start production after an order is placed, in an effort to eliminate unnecessary waste and carbon footprint. Additionally, this allows us to keep our production locally and have full control over quality, ensuring our garments will last you a very long time.


Limited Edition Collections (made-on-demand):

All items in our limited edition collections are manufactured in small scale and then printed or embroidered on demand within 7-13 days.


We suggest you read our estimated production times on the product description pages before placing your order.


Once we receive your order , we will send you an email confirmation with your receipt.





We ship orders to all European countries, USA, UK, Canada, India, New Zealand & Australia. If you can't find your country at checkout, please email us at as we might still be able to arrange a special delivery for you.

Orders are shipped according to the purchased items. Please note that some products may ship separately, due to their special shipping requirements. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number(s) that will allow you to keep tabs on your package(s). 


Delivery Times:

Once an order is shipped, delivery time depends on the shipping mode (express/standard shipping) and destination. Usually, express shipping takes between 1-4 business days for delivery, while standard shipping can take between 2-15 business days. From our side, we do everything we can to minimize delivery times, however please note that these may sometimes be subject to external factors, such as Covid-19 restrictions. 


Shipping Cost:

We offer free shipping on orders over €75. In all cases, shipping cost is calculated at checkout, depending on the order's details and destination.


Lost or Damaged Packages:

The NP Studio is not responsible for packages that are damaged or lost in transit. Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages.


In some cases, we might be able to add shipping insurance, at an additional cost. If you would like to add shipping insurance, please email us at before placing your order.


We want you to be happy with our services, so if you receive a defective or damaged product please email at with images of the damaged goods with close ups and we’ll help.


Additional Fees:

International customers please note: if the destination country is outside the EU, the order may subject to import duties & taxes, which are levied by the receiving country and are therefore the buyer’s responsibility. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We suggest you contact your local customs office for further information and an amount estimation, before placing your order.
